So a lot of you know that I’m self-publishing an e-novella (note: about 1/3 the length of a novel), that picks up Gabi, Lia, Marcello, Luca, and Lord Greco’s story where we left off in Torrent. Here’s the cover!!!
Isn’t it beautiful??? And yes, that’s Lord Rodolfo Greco on the front. The tale will be told from both Gabi and Lia’s POVs…
And here are some frequently asked questions (and answers):
1) When can I buy this? UPDATE: I’m hoping sometime by the end of February. I’ll announce it here and on the “River of Time Series” page on Facebook when we’re close. And it will only be $.99!! At least, for a while. So you’ll want to buy it ASAP to get the best price.
2) Where can I buy it? On Kindle, from Amazon, first. I know, I know, a lot of you don’t have a Kindle. But you can download the free Kindle app to your computer, smart phone, iPad, and other tablet devices. Want to be ready? Here’s the link to find your app; and you’ll need to register for an Amazon account to purchase. C’mon into the digital books pool; the water’s fine!! I, personally, love to be able to read on either my Kindle or in paper. Ultimate flexibility!
3) Will it be on Nook? Sony? Maybe. I’m checking on that. Amazon just makes it SO easy to upload to Kindle. UPDATE: YES! I FOUND SOMEONE TO HELP ME ON THIS!
4) Will it ever be out in paper? Not in the foreseeable future. Basically, David C. Cook, the publisher of Waterfall, Cascade and Torrent, want to see sales climb before they commit to any other River of Time books. I don’t blame them. They’ve invested a lot, and we do need more sales! Tell all your pals! Make your neighbors, cousins, sisters, aunties, friends read them!! In the meantime, I’m hoping these shorter books/novellas will keep my River Tribe appeased.
5) What about Tributary? Tributary is a full-length novel, #4 in the River of Time Series. OR it might be the next e-novella if Bourne goes well! I’m going to see how Bourne goes and I’ll let you know.

EEK! Can't wait!! I think I will actually pay for a Kindle book this time around (or Nookbook, depending if it comes out on that format). SO TOTALLY PSYCHED! Does this mean Luca will be on Tributary's cover? (Just out of curiosity…)
I haven't figured out TRIBUTARY's cover yet. I just knew I had to make Greco central to this story, since he's…well, you know. I don't want to spoil it for others who haven't yet read TORRENT! I'm going to try to make BOURNE avail for Nook too. Just not sure of date.

Great! I've done my share of River of Time marketing with family and facebook. I do hope that the sales increase so the publishers will agree to continuing the series. It can't end yet!

Read them all in 3 days (let’s say my husband was not happy!) & I have read them multiple times sense! Keep the story going!

I'm getting near the end of Waterfall after recently finding in in my local Christian bookstore. If the quality keeps up for the rest of the book I'll definitely be ordering the next books in the series.
I wouldn't get the novella unless its published in book form. I have nol interest in reading books on an electronic device. Give me print on paper any day.
I understand the attachment to paper! Sometimes, however, an author has no choice.

Another suprise for us! We were all waiting for Tributary and you give us Bourne! Can't wait to read it. Im a paper person, but I will totally make an exception for your books. I hope that you still give us Tributary, especially after reading the first two chapters. Is Bourne taking place where the first two chapters of Tributary left off, or are they two completely different stories? And do you think that we could possibly see nore novellas while we are waiting to see what happens with Tributary? I just can't see myself saying goodbye to our fabulous she-wolves and Firenze knights! Thank you so much for bringing these stories to us! I hope that you are able to continue the series. =)
It seems like TRIBUTARY won't happen–just not enough sales for the pub to commit. So my current plan? 3 e-novellas. #3.1 BOURNE, picking up right where TORRENT left off; #3.2 TRIBUTARY, picking up 4 mos. later; #3.3 ???

WOW! The River of Time series was amazing!! Someone from my online school recommended it and I am so glad that they did! =) I am so happy that you'll be writing more books, it's very refreshing to read good clean Christian books… they're the only ones that I read, Christian books that is. I am just wondering is that possible release date 2014?? 'Cause if it is I have no idea how I will be able to wait that long!!

Have you looked at SMASHWORDS? You can put your Kindle version there as well as other formats (epub for the nook et al). and still get sales from it. . . .

Did you read CASCADE and TORRENT, Nico? Unfortunately, my e-novellas are only in e for the forseeable future. You can download the free Kindle app for your computer and then purchase the Kindle file and read it there, if nothing else!

i made my teacher give me all the books for the weekend, but the only problem i have is my ermm mom ahaha lol, its just when i read on a screen my eyes go weird, truly. :/ If i could I'd honestly buy it online for Kindle and all. I mean i went and bought the first 3 books, so i could re-read them, btw i think your an awesome author, hooked since i read the first chapter of waterfall.
